British Columbia surgical procedures experienced dramatic growth in 2003, up 16% overall from 2002. The most popular surgical procedures were liposuction, breast augmentation and facelifts. Non-surgical facelifts had a major increase of 325%, due to new technologies such as Threadlifts and Featherlifts. Botox® and Injectables show signs of significant growth as well.
